Refund Policy

Dreamer Design Lab will not accept returns after an order has been delivered/posted. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. We are a small business and refunds impact us heavily. If you received your products and you are unhappy with the quality or if it has been damaged in the post then please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. All orders are packaged with extreme care and we pay very high attention to detail to ensure all orders are of high quality.
