PLANT TRELLISES & DECOR
All Plant Trellises in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the day you placed your order. Trellises can be ordered on back-order if they are not currently in stock. Back-orders will take an estimated 5-7 business days to post out to you.
All orders are currently sent with Australia Post. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post. Please follow this tracking number, as Dreamer Design Lab is not liable for your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Please contact Australia Post on 13POST if you have any concerns regarding your order.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ORDERS
Our printed product range is made-on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we’re continuously working toward greener production.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each product in our printed range is made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share. Each product listing provides an estimated turnaround time for manufacturing and shipping.
WHY DOES SHIPPING COST EXTRA?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our printed range, some will have extra shipping costs involved due to some products having different suppliers. Our trellises and earrings are manufactured by us and kept in stock locally in Mackay, QLD… so the good news is that we can ship all these items together with a faster turnaround time. For our print-on-demand range of fashion and homewares, extra shipping costs may occur per item. Please check costs in the cart upon checkout.
